I forgot my pattern
On the unlock screen, tap “Forgot your pattern?”, enter your recovery phrase, choose the vault if you have several, then draw a new pattern.
I lost my recovery phrase
If you still know your patterns, your vaults keep working. Kofrix can’t show the phrase again because it isn’t stored anywhere.
Restoring a purchase
Open the Kofrix Pro screen and tap “Restore purchases”, signed in with the same Apple or Google account used to buy.
Cancelling a subscription
On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
